This home had fire damage.  we spent 12 days physical taking this home down.  Piece by piece we took it apart and pulled nails.  We hired 3 other people to help.  This was a fun job.

Removing the metal roof and this burnt by with hand tools was very dangerous job.  We had no accidents, but there were some close calls.  We had Angels all about us keeping us safe from all harm.  

 Some of the wood was not salvageable.  Lot starting to look great.

This is a nice lot that the owner can now sell or rebuild.   All lumber was relocated to another location and this lot was cleaned. All nails were pulled out of old wood.

This is the lumber at the new location.  We have already started on the foundation. 

Started on the flooring and the framing of the walls.

This club house will have a covered front and back porch.

We relocated salvageable material to this location and started building this club house for an elderly retired couple.  They wanted a big one room meeting place to bring their family, children, grand-children and close friends.

This job took 12 weeks to finish from beginning to end (Turn Key).
We did all electrical, plumbing, sheet rocking, painting, spatial ceiling,flooring, and windows.  The bathroom was built on the back porch for privacy and due to fact this had one room for eating and socializing.  

 Amazing what we can do with recycled lumber.

Almost done.  Now comes the paint.  We did all of the construction electrical, plumbing, flooring, windows, sheet rocking, plaster ceiling and painting ourselves.  The owners were amazed.  All done in 12 weeks.  We took a brief time off for the owner to rest from a sickness.
